Not that anyone ever reads these party listings on the Tribe message boards anymore, but...
This weekend there's lots of lovely options, if it pleases you, got the whole holiday weekend laid out for ya...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
This Friday, February 15th.
Opel presents The Rogue Element (Exeptional Records, UK) International Breaks Award "Best Producer" 2006.
Now that you got your lovey-dovey out of the way, let's rock out, with the exceptionally on-the-money talent that is the Rogue Element. He's been called the 'great white hope' of breakbeat for the fresh infusion of productions he continues to bring out. We think he is among the BEST offering in the world right now for the sound we like. He has put out monster track after monster track, both in breaks, tech funk and more recently dirty electro. Guaranteed to bring down the house, not to be missed.
Playing alongside Syd Gris (Opel / Opulent Temple), Ernie Trevino (Space Cowboys), Hoj (Opel / djhoj.com), Dex Stakker (Opel / Pronoia), Smoove (djsmoove.net) & Robb Green (Shameless).
At Mighty 119 Utah St. @ 15th. 10pm-4am. Get on the $10 pre-sale on sale now: Will be $20 on the door. Save yourself some money for chocolates. ; )
